Ten other species of mosquito have been detected (intercepted) at New Zealand ports but are not considered to be established in New Zealand, and another species is classed by MAF as unwelcome here. These eleven species species are included in the identification key to New Zealand mosquitoes. If you think you have found one of these species notify MAF as soon as possible.
