Weed biocontrol has a long history in New Zealand. We celebrate our many partners, stakeholders, programmes, and funders who have contributed to weed biocontrol research and its application.

 

 

We are currently updating this page to reflect the many groups who have been involved with and supported weed biocontrol in New Zealand. For now, we would like to acknowledge the contributions made by the National Biocontrol Collective; the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI)’s Sustainable Food and Fibre Futures; New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), CRIs, and local government.
